“The construction service team has been fantastic,” said Joshua. “Often times responding back to my emails or phone calls within half an hour.”
But do not try to get him to name one feature as his absolute favourite:
“It is a challenge to pick just one thing, but I would have to say the kitchen!” he said.
“Just the way it’s laid out is fantastic. The waterfall countertops, the big island and then having access to the large deck off the back of the kitchen.”
Flex Spaces that Work
All homes at Lake Shore Village feature large outdoor living spaces, either directly off the kitchen or in a private rooftop oasis overlooking the mature surrounding neighbourhood. The three bedrooms and open living spaces can be used as flex spaces for anything from a home office to yoga space, nursery to studio, home classroom to guest quarters.
Joshua is now all moved in, the lush landscaping around his home is complete and he’s meeting new neighbourhoods, he says Dunpar Homes continues to make sure he has been properly welcomed to the Dunpar Family.
