Dunpar’s Man of the Season:
Celebrating Taylor Rogers, Project Director

Jul 6, 2025

At Dunpar Homes, every milestone reached is the result of teamwork, perseverance, and dedicated leadership. This season, we are proud to recognize Taylor Rogers, Project Director, as Dunpar’s Man of the Season. Over the past year, Taylor has been at the forefront of one of our most exciting achievements: guiding the 26 Earlington project in Etobicoke from its groundbreaking to topping-off in just twelve months.

This 12-storey, 141-suite purpose-built rental building represents the best of what Dunpar stands for—quality, craftsmanship, and community impact. But behind the bricks and beams is a leader who has supported more than 150 people along the way, helping them navigate the challenges and celebrate the triumphs of building something extraordinary.

From Groundbreaking to Topping-Off

Construction at 26 Earlington began with energy and ambition, but no one could have anticipated the obstacles the team would encounter over the course of a year. From scorching summer heat to freezing winter storms, progress continued despite the elements.

Through it all, Taylor was there—guiding crews, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that every phase of the build moved forward on track. Under his leadership, tradespeople worked seamlessly together, from formworkers and electricians to welders and carpenters. His ability to keep everyone aligned on a shared vision ensured the project reached its topping-off ceremony in record time, exactly one year after the initial groundbreaking.

Every step of this remarkable journey was documented on video and is now featured on our website, dunparhomes.com, so the community can see firsthand what goes into bringing a building of this scale to life.

Leadership in Action

What sets Taylor apart is not only his technical expertise but also his ability to champion the people around him. With more than 150 individuals contributing to the construction of 26 Earlington, he created an environment where every role was valued and every person felt like part of something larger.

Taylor’s approach reflects Dunpar’s philosophy as a company. Whether we’re building new townhomes in Toronto, luxury condos for rent in Etobicoke, or pre construction townhomes in Mississauga, we know that success is rooted in collaboration and trust. Taylor embodies that spirit, showing that leadership means more than directing—it means inspiring.

By helping his team understand not only the successes but also the challenges of a complex build, Taylor made the process a learning opportunity as much as a construction project. This focus on growth mirrors Dunpar’s wider commitment to supporting both people and communities.

The Work Ahead

While topping-off is a major milestone, Taylor’s work is far from complete. The upcoming months will see the interior of 26 Earlington transformed into 141 thoughtfully designed suites. From flooring to fixtures, and from common spaces to individual residences, every detail will be overseen with the same diligence and care that defined the first year of construction.

Taylor’s guidance will once again be vital as Dunpar prepares to welcome residents into this exceptional new community. His steady leadership ensures that by this time next year, the first tenants will be moving into a building that stands as a testament to what can be achieved through teamwork and perseverance.

Building Beyond Bricks and Mortar

As Dunpar continues to shape neighbourhoods across the Greater Toronto Area, leaders like Taylor remind us that our mission goes beyond creating properties. Yes, we are proud of our developments—whether townhomes in Etobicoke, townhomes for sale in Mississauga, or thoughtfully designed commercial space in Etobicoke—but we are equally proud of the people who make them possible.

Our founder, John Zanini, has always emphasized that Dunpar builds more than homes; we build communities. Taylor’s work on 26 Earlington is a clear example of that philosophy in action. His leadership has not only advanced the construction of a building but also reinforced the values of dedication, collaboration, and excellence that define every Dunpar project.

Hard Hats Off

So today, we pause to recognize a leader whose contributions have been nothing short of inspiring. With his ability to unite teams, overcome challenges, and keep a project moving forward through all seasons, Taylor Rogers embodies what it means to be part of Dunpar Homes.

To Taylor, we extend our deepest thanks—for guiding this project from blueprint to skyline, for championing the people who made it possible, and for setting the standard for what leadership in construction should look like.

As the 26 Earlington project moves into its next chapter, one thing is clear: its success is a reflection of Taylor’s commitment and the collective effort he helped inspire.

Hard hats off to Taylor Rogers—Dunpar’s Man of the Season.
