These achievements included the opening of a new Design Studio, the launch of Trafalgar Ridge in Oakville with construction now underway and happy homeowners moving into Heritage Gate in Mississauga.
This year, the doors of the new Dunpar Homes Design Studio were opened at 1092 Islington Avenue in Etobicoke. At a special event, Lisa Rogers, exclusive designer for Dunpar Homes and Cityline guest expert, took purchasers through the latest interior design tips and trends. Guests pored over samples of luxurious hardwood flooring, marble and granite countertops and elegant finishes.

This year, Dunpar Homes expanded beyond Etobicoke, Mississauga and Vaughan to bring its luxury townhome expertise to Oakville with the highly successful launch of Trafalgar Ridge.
Trafalgar Ridge is an exclusive community of just 112 townhomes in classic Georgian architecture starting from the mid $600,000s. Each home features three bedrooms plus a den, two bathrooms, one powder room, two-car garages, beautiful landscaping and a plethora of luxury standard finishes.
