We have an extensive menu of à la carte amenities at Kingsway Village Square that define a distinct luxury living experience in Toronto.
If you’ve got a busy week or can’t get out to take your dog for a walk, we can do that for you with our personal dog walking services. Pricing starts from $30 for a 30-minute walk up to three times a week.
Your time is valuable, and we want to help make sure you always feel comfortable and relaxed when you return home. In-suite cleaning services can be booked through our concierge, with pricing based on the size of the suite and frequency of visits.
We’ll not just clean your unit, but your clothing as well. Drop off your dry cleaning at our concierge desk and we’ll return it to you washed and pressed. Pricing is based per item and a chart is available from the concierge.
Travel and Snowbird Services
If you’re heading out on the town, we offer complimentary restaurant booking and will arrange a limo or taxi free of charge. You’ll even save a 15% discount on services when you book through our concierge.
If your adventures are taking you further from home, we can help take some of the stress out of arranging details. We have a personal travel representative who will assist you in planning and booking travel arrangements from the comfort of your suite. While you’re away, we offer personalized mail pickup at a rate of $25 per visit.
For residents who fly south during Toronto’s winter months, we offer Snowbird Services, including plant-watering and suite check-ins. Pricing starts at $25 per visit for peace of mind while you’re relaxing in the sun.
Should you ever need a repair, a décor refresh or a redesign we also offer a Handy Man Service. Receive three free quotes from separate tradespeople. Our concierge staff are on-hand to facilitate suite access and to co-ordinate trades services as needed.
