There are now more ways than ever to view a home, select your features and sign legal papers. At Dunpar Homes we are going to great lengths to ensure our clients have a safe, stress-free, uniquely private, and enjoyable experience. Here’s how:
3D & VIRTUAL TOUR
We have new digital tours of our Dunpar homes on our website. Virtual tours move you through the rooms of a property so you can see the space while 3D tours allow you to virtually put yourself into the space and “walk” around. You can move from room to room and floor to floor without ever having to touch a thing. You can also virtually measure a space to envision how you might lay out the room.
VIRTUAL WALK THROUGH
Dunpar Homes has also recorded guided walk-throughs of our properties with our Director of Sales and Marketing. Much like a property visit, she explains the unique elements and design features of each room and of the greater community.
LIVE VIDEO TOUR
Dunpar Homes is happy to offer you the option of a live video tour of a property, should that be preferable. Our sales team can provide a live, guided tour answering all your questions about the home while you remain safely socially and physically distanced in your current location.
IN-PERSON TOUR
We understand that you may still want to see a property in person before committing to a purchase. We are happy to ensure this is possible and are taking all necessary precautions to make sure everyone is protected during this process. You will be the only clients visiting the property at this time and the tour will be a private one.
~MASKS
We ask that all parties involved, both potential buyers, realtors and our sales team wear masks while viewing a property. If you do not have a mask, we will provide one.
~GLOVES
We again ask that gloves be worn while touring a Dunpar home. If you do not have gloves, we will provide them.
~HAND SANITIZER
We have hand sanitizer available on site for your use during your tour.
~DISINFECTING WIPES
We have disinfecting wipes on every floor of our homes for you to use when viewing a property.
~CLOSED FACILITIES
While our bathrooms truly are exquisite, during these times of caution, they are only for your eyes and not to be used otherwise.
THE SALES PROCESS
Once you have viewed our homes, in any of the above ways, we can complete the entire sales process entirely virtually using secure digital document methods which meet or exceed the industry standard.
If you would still like to meet in person to conduct the sales transaction, that can be arranged, once again ensuring the strictest safety measures are followed.
