We are pleased to say that our sales team quickly pivoted to serve clients virtually during the lockdown, and now that our sales offices and model homes have reopened, we are doing all we can to keep clients safe. We have also added the ability to complete the entire process of purchasing a Dunpar Home virtually, with 3D and Virtual Tours as well as e-document signing.

Dunpar Values Safety

Clients are seen by appointment only, and we are providing masks and hand sanitizer, maintaining social distancing and ensuring the sales offices are thoroughly cleaned between appointments. All legal documents such offers and other forms are able to be processed electronically as well to safely minimize personal contact.

A number of those that purchased a Dunpar home prior to the pandemic have now moved into their new homes and we have assisted many of them with their move. It is always fulfilling to watch as our projects come to fruition and with their new residents become true communities.
